Who We Are

A dry-hire service is a model where the client provides the alcohol, and we provide everything else you need for a professional bar experience. This includes our expert bartenders, the bar itself, all necessary tools and mixers, and a customized shopping list for you. This model offers you complete control over your beverage budget and saves you money.

To secure your event date, we require a $600 non-refundable Booking Fee. This fee reserves your date and covers our administrative and planning services.

• 91+ Days Prior to Event: Your $600 non-refundable Booking Fee is retained. Any additional payments made will be fully refunded.
• 61-90 Days Prior to Event: The $600 Booking Fee is retained, plus 50% of your total contracted amount will be forfeited.
• 60 Days or Less Prior to Event: The total contracted amount for your services will be due and non-refundable.

We understand that plans can change. Should you need to reschedule, we'll do our best to accommodate your new date, subject to availability. Your original $600 Booking Fee will transfer to the new date. However, if we cannot find a mutually agreed-upon new date, your booking will be treated as a cancellation according to the policy above.

Our process is designed to be as seamless as possible. Once you book, we'll schedule a personalized consultation to finalize your drink menu and create a customized alcohol shopping list. On the day of the event, our team will arrive with ample time for a professional setup, provide flawless service, and handle a complete breakdown and cleanup.

We recommend booking as soon as you have your event date set. Our calendar fills up quickly, especially for popular weekend dates during peak season. Securing your date early is the best way to ensure our team can be a part of your event.

As a dry-hire mobile bar service, we do not provide the alcohol. We've found that this is a major benefit for you, as it gives you complete control over your beverage budget. We will work with you to create a customized shopping list, so you know exactly what and how much to buy.

While we are a dry-hire service, our team is equipped to serve a wide range of beverages. Our professional bartenders can handle beer, wine, and a full range of cocktails. We also specialize in crafting delicious and creative mocktails and other non-alcoholic options.

Absolutely! We pride ourselves on creating personalized experiences. We will work with you to develop a custom drink menu that perfectly fits your event's theme and your guests' preferences, including unique signature cocktails.

We provide high-quality, durable, disposable cups with every booking. If you prefer to have glassware, we are happy to coordinate with your rental company or caterer to ensure a seamless integration with your bar service.

Due to liquor license laws in Michigan, Illinois, and Indiana, we are unable to operate a cash bar.

The number of bartenders depends on your guest count and the type of service you choose. As a general guideline, we recommend one bartender for events with up to 50 guests. For larger events with a complex cocktail menu, we strongly recommend adding a second bartender to ensure quick and efficient service.

Our mobile bars are based out of New Buffalo, Michigan. We are proud to serve events throughout Southwest Michigan, West Michigan, Northwest Indiana, and select areas of Chicagoland. Travel is included in our base pricing for events within our local area.

Due to our busy event schedule, we are unable to change your event date. Please ensure you have a covered area for our bar setup, such as a tent or a sheltered space. We also offer a Satellite Bar Service that can be set up indoors.

Our mobile bars can be set up almost anywhere! We just require a level surface with clear access to roll our bar into place. Our bars also need access to power—if your venue doesn't provide it, we can bring a generator for an additional fee.

Yes. We carry full General Liability and Liquor Liability insurance, providing you and your venue with complete peace of mind.
